Dorit Kemsley‘s estranged husband,Paul “PK” Kemsley, accused her of icing him out of their kids’ lives while parenting from afar with the help of her nanny and housekeeper in a recently filed court document.
Hours before the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills exes reached a partial settlement over their finances amid their ongoing divorce, PK, 59, claimed that Dorit, 50, was no longer keeping him in the loop with the schooling of their children, son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10, describing her behavior as“shocking [and] disheartening.”
According to PK’s declaration obtained by TMZ on November 2, he wasn’t involved in the selection of Jagger’s school.
“[Dorit’s] complete and intentional lack of communication and collaboration [on important decisions was] shocking and disheartening,” he wrote. “She continues to make decisions without involving me at all. … I have no communication from [Dorit] about [our son’s] school events unless [our son] himself tells me. I receive no information from her about school. I learned through the children, rather from [Dorit], was going to his current school.”
PK went on to say that Dorit’s way of parenting their kids can “best be described as parenting from afar.”
“[Dorit] is not a present parent,” he alleged. “Years ago, she began delegating her day-to-day parental responsibilities to the nanny and housekeeper.”
According to PK, Dorit put her children’s nannies in charge of picking them up from school, feeding them, and other duties. Meanwhile, Dorit denied his claim.
Although Dorit and PK reached a confidential financial settlement with one another, they are still feuding over custody arrangements for Jagger and Phoenix.
As RHOBH fans well know, Dorit and PK had been at odds over their finances for some time, with PK accusing her of spending $1 million on clothes and travel while ignoring the bills for her home, and Dorit denying any such thing.
“This has been a court document that has been filed. Obviously, I’m gonna have a response to it, and when you’re in litigation, you have to sort of follow the legal process. So I think there will be answers to everything, but when you hear one version or one narrative, there’s always another side,” Dorit explained to Extra TV after PK’s claims were made.
She then admitted to spending “a lot of money on clothes.”
“It’s my money that I earn that I work for, not his money,” she added. “I think right now, because we’re sort of intertwined, there’s some sort of feeling like you can have a say in what the other is spending.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 16 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2027.
