Of course, the Michigan-based duo—who placed eldest daughter Carly for adoption in 2009—aren’t the only Teen Mom stars who are confident they’ve found their person.

“I want to be a wife one day,” Kailyn Lowry recently explained to E! News of laying out her expectations for boyfriend Isaac “Ike” Knighton early into their 18-month romance. Wanting to have a ring on her finger before their second anniversary this spring, she acknowledged, “Not everyone is on my timeline. But this is what I want.”

Judging by how Knighton has seamlessly fit into her life with Elliott (Lowry’s 16-year-old son with ex Jo Rivera), Lincoln (she shares the 12-year-old with former husband Javi Marroquin), Lux, 9, Creed, 6 (her sons with ex Chris Lopez), Rio, 4, and 3-year-old twins Verse and Valley (with Lowry’s ex-fiancé Elijah Scott), he’s on the same calendar page.

Because if he wasn’t interested in following through on creating her dream ring, Lowry noted, “I would question why he’s doing all of the other husband-type things.”

With cuffing season upon us, she’s not alone in locking things down, with Amber Portwood calling her boyfriend of nearly a year, “my anchor.”

So, we dove deep to see which Teen Mom romances are enjoying smooth sailing and those that have navigated some rough waters.
