I want to trust Bianca Del Rio on The Traitors, mostly because I like her as an entertainer. But I’m suspicious, too. I have a feeling I’d underestimate her, even knowing I probably shouldn’t.
Peacock has confirmed the RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 6 winner for The Traitors Season 6, due in early 2027 with Alan Cumming hosting. There are 23 contestants. An exact premiere date hasn’t been announced.
Bob’s pick gets her turn
Bob the Drag Queen saw the potential before this casting announcement. At the 2025 Queerties, she named Bianca, Kandy Muse and Monét X Change as queens she wanted on the show. She told Gayety about those picks in our interview about her dream drag cast, after playing the game herself.
I think some of the other contestants may have the same reaction. Enjoying someone as an entertainer can make you want to trust them. That doesn’t tell you how they’ll play the game. For me, the interesting part is seeing whether Bianca can use those expectations to her advantage.
I hope she brings some mystery and surprises everybody. I want to see what happens when people underestimate her, then realize they’ve misread the situation. That’s my hope for the season, anyway. I’m rooting for her.
The rest of The Traitors Season 6 cast
Kristin Chenoweth, Casey Wilson, Dominic Monaghan and Johnny Sibilly are also headed in. The lineup includes Olympian Chloe Kim, singer Cody Simpson and reality veterans Gizelle Bryant, Cynthia Bailey, Michele Fitzgerald and Taylor Hale. Peacock’s cast announcement has all 23 names.
It Gets Bitter tour dates for 2027
Away from the round table, Bianca is taking It Gets Bitter on the road. Ticketmaster lists two Palm Springs dates at the Plaza Theatre, Jan. 5 and 6, and a Feb. 3 show at the Grove of Anaheim. Dallas, Houston, New Orleans and Chicago are among the other U.S. stops.
Across the Atlantic, Chortle’s listings include Brighton on March 31, Dublin on April 12 and London’s Palladium on April 13. Those are selected stops; check the venue’s ticket page for the full details of your show.
For now, the tour gives fans dates to put on their calendars while Peacock’s premiere date remains unannounced.
