Following Chelsea’s divorce filing, her estranged husband—with whom she shares kids Maddox, 5, and Melia, 3—requested possession of the couple’s Manhattan Beach, Calif., beach property, and alleged “violent” behavior from the Selling Sunset star (E! News reached out to Chelsea’s team for comment on Jeff’s accusation but has not heard back.)
Although Chelsea has not yet addressed Jeff’s claims, she requested joint custody of their children, and cited “irreconcilable differences” in her initial divorce proceedings. And despite their separation, the Oppenheim Group agent has spoken highly of her ex in the past.
“I think having the support of my husband and my family really essentially prepared me to take on this big role and this big opportunity,” she told People of her Selling Sunset role in 2022. “But for me personally, I saw this as an opportunity to really open doors in an industry that has lacked diversity and where minorities are underrated.”
