Shannon Beador spotted with arm cast, facial bruising after entering outpatient program

Reality TV

Shannon Beador was seen wearing a cast around her left arm and apparent bruising on the left side of her face following her drunk driving accident last month.

The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star — who has reportedly enrolled in an outpatient behavioral wellness program — was spotted talking on the phone in Newport Beach, Calif., on Tuesday.

Beador sported a black cast on her left arm that covered her forearm and wrist.

The Bravolebrity also appeared to have some subtle bruises around her left cheekbone.

Beador wore little to no makeup and let her hair flow below her shoulders with her beige glasses pulled back on the top of her head.

She was wearing a black hoodie with black leggings and black sneakers for the outing and appeared to be having a somewhat serious conversation.

Beador, 59, was photographed for the first time since TMZ reported on Monday that she had signed up for an outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component after she was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run last month.

The outlet previously reported that Beador has been looking into different treatment centers over the last month and also offered to pay for the damage she caused when she drunkenly drove and crashed into the side of a Newport Beach house.

She was subsequently arrested when police found her intoxicated, walking her dog and her car parked in the middle of the street.

It’s unclear who Beador was speaking with.

Beador has not publicly spoken out about the incident, but her attorney told Page Six at the time that she is “extremely apologetic and remorseful.”

“Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions,” he said.

While Beador has yet to confirm the injuries, her pal, Jeff Lewis, did confirm that she got “injured” from the car accident and is “recovering” on Sept. 18.

“I don’t think Shannon is an alcoholic. think as her close friend, I think she’s going through a lot of personal struggles right now, and I think that she probably has been leaning on alcohol, but I don’t believe she’s an alcoholic,” he continued.

Shortly afterwards, Page Six obtained exclusive photos that showed Beador wearing what appears to be the same black cast as the one she’s currently sporting while walking her dog on Sept. 30.

Beador has mainly kept a low profile since her arrest, but TMZ confirmed that Beador will return to the spotlight when she takes the stage with “RHOC” co-stars Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson for their “Tres Amigas” live show in November.

None of the ladies are planning on consuming alcohol, according to the outlet.
