Scheana Shay called Raquel Leviss a “home-wrecking whore” before the latter accused Shay of assaulting her for having an affair with co-star Tom Sandoval.
In the midseason trailer for “Vanderpump Rules,” Shay and Leviss are working with jewelry when the former describes herself as the “O.G. home-wrecking whore of this group” before telling Leviss, “and then came Lala [Kent] and now here you are.”
The two women have a laugh before the dramatic trailer continues to show Leviss kissing Katie Maloney’s ex-husband, Tom Schwartz.
The scene was filmed prior to Shay, 37, allegedly punching Leviss, 28, after learning of her affair with Sandoval while he was dating Ariana Madix.
Leviss since has received a temporary restraining order against Shay over the alleged altercation, which Shay has vehemently denied. Shay’s lawyer blasted Leviss as a “liar and a cheat” following the accusations.
“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” her lawyer told Page Six in a statement earlier this month.
Meanwhile, the rest of the midseason trailer shows the fallout of Sandoval and Leviss’ affair — and Madix finding out about it.
Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Stassi Schroeder previously suggested that Schwartz’s kiss with Leviss was simply staged to distract from the not-yet-known affair with Sandoval.
“It sounds like something that Sandoval would have come up with,” the retired reality star claimed on her podcast.
“It does,” Schroeder, 34, continued. “He would be like, ‘This would be a great way to cover up.’ It’s a cover-up. And Raquel [was] like, ‘Yeah.’”

The former Bravolebrity went on to allege that Maloney didn’t believe the duo were into each other when they made out.
Schroeder recalled Maloney, 36, explaining how “f–ked up” it was for the pair to “hurt” her “for a story.”
“Schwartz isn’t interested in Raquel and Raquel’s not even interested in Schwartz. … This doesn’t feel real,” Maloney allegedly said.
The Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras frontman dated Madix for nine years before she found out about his affair with her best friend.
“To say i have been devastated and broken is an understatement. however, i know that i am not in this alone,” wrote Madix on social media when she finally spoke out about the scandal.
“So many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels.”
Leviss and Sandoval have also released apology statements in the wake of the scandal.
“Vanderpump Rules” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
