“Vanderpump Rules” star Katie Maloney publicly drooled over a potential new “Winter House” hunk – right after her ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, was spotted filming Season 3 of the spinoff miniseries.
“Excuse me?!?!” Maloney, and several other Instagram users, commented Tuesday on a shirtless photo of Alex Propson, which was posted by fan account @bravobygays.
Though neither Propson nor Bravo has responded to our inquiries, we’re told the licensed captain from South Florida was just in Steamboat Springs, Colo., where the “WH” cast is currently filming.
The long-haired adonis – who we’re told recently wrapped filming for “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” Season 4 – is also followed by at least two of the Bravo stars involved in the coming season of “WH”: Kyle Cooke of “Summer House” fame and Schwartz, 40, from “Pump Rules.”
Mere hours ago, we reported that the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner was photographed shooting a scene with “Family Karma” star Brian Benni and returning “WH” cast member Kory Keefer at an outdoor restaurant.
Page Six can confirm that Cooke and his “SH” co-star Danielle Olivera were also in attendance.
Rumors previously swirled that Schwartz and his best friend-turned-business partner, Tom Sandoval, would be returning to “WH” after their brief appearance on Season 2.
However, that was before Sandoval’s months-long affair with his “Pump Rules” co-star Raquel Leviss – whom Schwartz has kissed – was revealed.
As Page Six reported, Sandoval’s girlfriend of almost 10 years, Ariana Madix, dumped him on March 1 after finding a sexually explicit video of Leviss, 28, on his phone.

Schwartz – who’s been blasted by his ex-wife for hooking up with Leviss – is now in hot water for allegedly having prior knowledge of Sandoval’s secret romance with the former beauty pageant queen.
The TomTom co-owner, 40, recently played coy about whether he knew about the duo’s dalliance, but that hasn’t stopped the “Pump Rules” cast from speculating.
Schwartz previously revealed that Maloney, 36, sat him down to formally divorce him before he sauntered off to Vermont to film “WH” Season 2 in early 2022.
The pair, who had been together for nearly 12 years, announced their separation that March. A week later, Maloney filed the paperwork.
