Kyle Richards owns the fact that she and Lisa Rinna aren’t super close these days.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” OG, 54, shared an update on her friendship with Rinna, 59 — who exited the Bravo reality show in January — on Wednesday during an Amazon Live video stream.
“We were having some issues before. Obviously, you know that,” Richards said, acknowledging the seeming wedge Rinna put between her and older half-sister sister, Kathy Hilton, as cameras rolled for Season 12.
“And I texted her when I found out that she wasn’t coming back and, you know, like I said, unfortunately, we had that issue,” the “Halloween Ends” actress continued. “But we’ll get past all that.”
Richards went on to say that she is “fine” with where she and Rinna stand today.
“I’m just moving on from everything and I had to put all that behind me, honestly,” she added, giving props to her ex-castmate. “She brought a lot to the show and she’ll be missed.”

Rinna shocked fans when she announced her departure from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” after eight consecutive seasons earlier this year.
“This is the longest job I have held in my 35 year career,” she told People in a statement on Jan. 5. “And I am grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series.”
The decision came after Rinna’s contract expired at the end of Season 12, a very contentious one that saw her repeatedly face off with “friend of” the cast Hilton, 63.
Rinna — who initially joined the show in 2014’s Season 5 — notably accused Hilton of having a “psychotic break” in Aspen, Colo., where the socialite allegedly made disparaging remarks about Richards and more co-stars.
Hilton denied Rinna’s claims and shot back at her during last year’s “RHOBH” reunion, labeling the former soap actress “the biggest bully in Hollywood.”
Garcelle Beauvais, who joined the Bravo show during 2020’s Season 10, recently expressed relief over Rinna’s absence in the forthcoming season.
“You know what, listen, I’m gonna give her credit,” she said on Tuesday’s episode of “The Sherri Shepherd Show.”
“She definitely came on the show and made her mark but now it’s time for new.”
