Brandi Glanville claims her ex-husband, actor Eddie Cibrian, was “f–king” actress Piper Perabo on the set of his 2005 movie “The Cave.”
“They did a movie together and [my son] Mason was 1 year old and I went to the set and it was in another country, Romania, I think,” the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 50, claims in an exclusive interview with Page Six.
“And [Perabo] was a horrible c—t to me,” the “Unfiltered” podcast host adds point-blank.
Glanville says she became uncomfortable at the sight of Perabo and Cibrian’s alleged interactions.
“She was flirting with Eddie, like, right in front of me,” she claims. “I was like, ‘Am I here? Am I the only person [seeing this]? Like, what is happening?’”
Glanville, who married Cibrian in May 2001, notes that she sought out friendships with “The Cave” crew members — and they kept her clued in on what was happening on set.
“I made friends on set and I heard a lot of things,” she tells us.
When asked about what she heard, Glanville claims she was told “that Piper and Eddie were f—king.”
According to Glanville, she confronted Cibrian about the alleged affair when he returned home to Los Angeles after filming wrapped.
“When he got home, I’m like, ‘I’m leaving, blah blah, I’m out,’” she recounts.
However, Glanville ultimately decided she wouldn’t throw in the towel — at least not yet.
“He convinced me that it wasn’t true,” she claims. “We had a 1-year-old son and he was the love of my life at the time and, you know, there was a lot of convincing me of things.”
The “Drinking and Tweeting” author further alleges that Cibrian brushed off her concerns, telling her she was “just crazy,” “jealous” and “that whole deal.”
“And I was like, ‘All right.’ I was in love,” she says of her choice to stick by Cibrian’s side. “Like, I was blindly in love with the man.”
Reps for Perabo have yet to get back to us despite repeated requests.
For his part, Cibrian denies that he was ever unfaithful to the “Yellowstone” actress.
“I’m sad I have to address this, I really believed that we had come a long way, but this was untrue 19 years ago and it’s untrue now. Just because someone thinks something might be true does not make it true. This is all so unnecessary,” he told Page Six in a statement on Tuesday.
“Fun times at the Christmas table await.”
Perabo, now 46, starred alongside Cibrian, now 49, in the 2005’s “The Cave,” an action-horror flick about a group of cave divers and scientists who become trapped while exploring a cave system in Romania.
The critically panned film was shot on location between Romania and Mexico for a period in 2004. Cibrian and Glanville welcomed their firstborn, Mason, now 19, on June 8, 2003. (They also share a younger son named Jake, now 15.)
Prior to the revelation of Cibrian’s alleged dalliance with Perabo, he was embroiled in high-profile affairs with “Vanderpump Rules” star Scheana Shay and country superstar LeAnn Rimes.
While Glanville remained committed to Cibrian despite a months-long relationship with Shay, now 37, in 2006, his widely reported 2009 liaison with Rimes, now 40, pushed the pair to part ways for good.
Glanville and Cibrian eventually divorced in 2010 after nine years of marriage.
The “Playboy Club” actor wed Rimes in 2011, two years after meeting on the set of Lifetime’s romantic drama “Northern Lights.”
Glanville finds it “ironic” that both Rimes and Perabo appeared in the 2000 blockbuster “Coyote Ugly” — long before Cibrian entered the picture.
“It’s kind of ironic that [Perabo] was in ‘Coyote Ugly’ with LeAnn. I’m like, ‘Oh gosh, they shared the same D,’” the outspoken TV personality quips.
Perabo played the lead role of Violet Sanford, an aspiring singer-songwriter who moves to New York City with dreams of success in the music biz — but instead finds herself working as a barmaid downtown.
Meanwhile, Rimes provided the “Coyote Ugly” soundtrack with the hit single, “Can’t Fight the Moonlight,” and performed it in a cameo at the end.
Glanville, who says she is in a “good place” with Rimes today, claims to Page Six that a “Coyote Ugly” poster was once displayed in the latter’s home with Cibrian.
“They had the poster up in their house for a while,” she tells us. “And I’m like, ‘You might want to take that down, girl.’”
Admittedly, Glanville is not a fan of the Y2K movie — or Perabo, for that matter.
“I don’t like her as a person,” she states, “because I think she f—ked my husband.”
Interestingly enough, Rimes and Perabo were also once linked to the same man years before either worked with Cibrian — but just one year after appearing together in “Coyote Ugly.”
In 2001, a then-teenage Rimes broke up with her longtime boyfriend, “10 Things I Hate About You” actor Andrew Keegan, after he reportedly cozied up to Perabo, per E! News’ pickup of a Daily News article.
Glanville’s recollections about Cibrian, Perabo, and Rimes came as she was promoting her latest unscripted gig on Peacock’s “The Traitors.”
The new competition series, hosted by Alan Cumming and set in a remote castle in Scotland, features reality TV icons such as herself, “Below Deck” OG Kate Chastain, and former “Bachelor” Arie Luyendyk Jr.
“It’s like ‘Big Brother’ meets ‘Fear Factor’ but also in a castle in Europe? Sign me up!” she says with enthusiasm. “I had a lot of fun.”

“The Traitors” premieres Jan. 12 on Peacock.
