Jurassic Park And 5 Other Movies That Are Arguably Better Than The Book

Movies

I think the film version is superior mostly because of the performances by Edward Norton, Brad Pitt, and Helena Bonham Carter. The book actually feels kind of sparse on content in comparison, and the ending of the novel is extremely different from that of the film (Read: Not as good). Visually and viscerally speaking, though, Fight Club is one of David Fincher’s best films, and it gets the book’s points of consumerism, nihilism, and all the other ism’s (even homoeroticism) down pat, and even adds some extra flair to boot.
