Kanye West, who may soon be known as Ye, has launched something called the Donda Stem Player. According to the information available on his website, the Stem Player, which costs $200, allows users to “customize any song,” meaning you can “control vocals, drums, bass, and samples,” and also “isolate parts,” “add effects,” or “split any song into stems.”

The Stem Player has been in the works since at least 2019: That year, West mentioned the device during an interview with Zane Lowe. Images and details of the Stem Player were also leaked earlier this year.

The Donda Stem Player apparently ships with West’s new album Donda. The record, which will follow 2019’s Jesus Is King, has had proposed release dates of July 23 and August 6. Tomorrow night, August 26, West will play the album publicly for the third time.
