Who Got Evicted From Big Brother 23 During Week 4?

Reality TV

Big Brother Hannah Chaddha Whitney Williams

Well. We’ve officially wrapped up the week of Christian Birkenberger’s reign as Big Brother’s head of household. During nominations on Sunday night, Christian threw Hannah Chaddha and Whitney Williams’ names up for elimination. Despite calling Hannah a pawn, Christian also claimed this was the best game move for his team, The Kings.

After a hellacious looking volleyball veto comp Wednesday night, Christian also walked away with the Power of Veto this week! Christian was point for point with the impressive Derek Xiao for most part. Maybe Christian felt he had to win to keep Derek X from saving Hannah? It just seemed super bold to go for HOH and Veto so early in the game play. Just me? At the same time, I’m not even sure Derek X would have used his moment to save Hannah. That’s right, I said it.

Christian seemed to consider using his Veto to take Whitney off the block and replace her with the runner up comp-beast Derek X. Personally, I would have loved to watch an unrequited showmance show down between Derek and Hannah. I guess we’ll have to wait a little longer for some backdoors, though.

After deciding not to use his Power of Veto at all, Christian cemented the two Aces, Whitney and Hannah on the block. Knowing that the Cookout Alliance (Azah Awasum, Derek Frazier, Kyland Young, Tiffany Mitchell, and Xavier Prather) would most likely keep Hannah safe, Tiffany decided to move plans ahead for a super-sized alliance between herself and Hannah. Meanwhile, Whitney did everything in her power to leave Hannah as powerless as possible in the house. Can’t wait to see how that plays out.

In her final address to the house pre-vote, Hannah asked her housemates how they would survive without her as a personal stylist. I give this a 2/10. Especially after Britini D’Angelo’s iconic rap last week. Whitney used her time and platform to promote her makeup tutorials online. She also wished all her housemates the best and told them she loved them each.

In the end, a punishing 10-0 vote sent Whitney home. Strangely, most everyone in the house seemed genuinely upset by the results. In her interview with Julie Chen post-eviction, Whitney was all love for her housemates and harbored no hard feelings in the slightest. A queen until the bitter end.

Unfortunately, tonight’s episode ended with an endurance HOH competition. It’s anyone’s guess who will earn the power. That is, unless you read a spoiler. Let’s see if Christian still thinks sending Whitney home this week was his best game move…
