What music do you have in the works right now?

Right now I’ve got a new single set to release on June 26th entitled “Date Night”. It’s a fun, chill and romantic sort of vibe that explores different ways in which people date. Verse one is about staying in, cozying up on the couch with someone special and maybe watching a movie, listening to vinyls or playing games. Verse two explores a more ‘traditional’ approach. Maybe going out to a restaurant and getting fancied up. I’m really excited about it since it’s one of the few records where I produced it from top to bottom. I had it mixed and mastered at Sound On Sound Studios in Montclair and they’ve done a fantastic job of it.

How can we stream it?

Once released, it will be on all major digital platforms including Spotify & iTunes. My Patreon members will have access to it a week early though. So if you just can’t wait, I’d say join my Patreon and you’d be with all the cool kids with the newest music first.

How would you describe your music?

Like RnB on the rocks. I love when music takes you to a place where you can relax and be revived. My upcoming record “Date Night” and my last “Dreams” are both tunes you might listen to on a sunny day with all the windows down. There’s enough stress in this life, so I always try to create a vibe that’s relaxed and chill, just like RnB on the rocks.

What does a day look like for you?

Well I’ve got 3 boys between the ages of 5 and 11 so my day is jam packed with many things unrelated to music. All my boys are virtual learners so from 8a to 2p I manage that. Afterward, I’m usually getting ready for a local nighttime gig where I typically play to the dinner/late crowd. The circuit I play keeps me pretty busy where I’m out playing 5 nights a week (Wed-Sun), so truly a working musician. Songwriting usually happens in the car on the way to gigs and recording sessions happen during late night hours. I wouldn’t have any other way though.

Do you ever feel guilty for taking a day off?

Good question and I’d say this continues to be a work in progress. The short answer is yes but I’ve found what helps is scheduling in my time off. I’ll admit though I’m still working on that too. Like I said, a work in progress.

Anything unreleased that you want to release but don’t feel it’s ready?

Where do I start…..yes I’ve got tons of ideas, bits of audio clips on my phone and half thought out notes written down everywhere that have tons of potential if I finished them. However, there’s one song that comes to mind “Crazy” that is a verse shy from being a completed song. It’s a sad ballad about a toxic relationship on borrowed time. It’s definitely on the timeline to be released……I did release it on my Patreon though…just sayin.

Where can our audience follow you?
