Stassi Schroeder Would Have “Gone To Alcoholism, Xanax, Or Lashed Out” If She Wasn’t Pregnant During Racism Scandal

Reality TV

Stassi Schroeder - Vaderpump Rules

In June 2020, Stassi Schroder was fired from Vanderpump Rules in response to her multiple offensive and racist acts, including but not limited to accusing Faith Stowers of committing a crime with zero evidence and complaining about the Black community’s desire for representation in film. She has also called herself “Nazi chic.” Stassi even denounced the #MeToo movement.

She got a “diversity teacher,” but it didn’t make a huge difference. She lost brand deals, her podcast was dropped from all platforms, and she got the boot from her agent and manager. Then, she hired a crisis PR team and planted stories of herself picking up food from restaurants. And, in the midst of all that, the news broke that she was pregnant with her first child. She married Beau Clark. And now, she’s a mom in need of income.

Stassi’s comeback has started (or so she hopes). She announced her return to the podcasting world with a parenting podcast that subscribers will have to pay for in order to listen.

While many people have “canceled” the former reality TV star, she does have a very loyal fanbase. So, will they be enough to help find success post-Vanderpump Rules? Will other people give her a chance? That’s yet to be seen.

Stassi and Beau’s new podcast The Good, The Bad, The Baby will be all about parenting even though they’ve been parents for five minutes and the podcast market is already incredibly oversaturated.

Stassi shared a clip from the upcoming podcast in her Instagram Story. According to Us Weekly, Stassi said, “I think [it] made me so much better to be pregnant while I was going through a hard time.”

That’s when she admitted, “If I wasn’t pregnant, I probably would have just like … gone to alcoholism, Xanax. I would have lashed out, dark passenger-ed. And I think our baby 100 percent saved me.”

While no one can deny that Stassi needs to be held accountable for her actions. It’s sad to hear that she was in such a dark place and contemplated engaging in potentially harmful behavior. Hopefully, she’s used her time to reflect and genuinely evolve as a person.
