Rowdy Rebel Shares Video for First New Song Since Prison Release: Watch

Rowdy Rebel has shared a new song called “Re-Route” along with a video. It’s the Brooklyn rapper’s first new music since his December release from New York’s Collins Correctional Facility. Check it out below.

Rowdy Rebel ascended as a member of Bobby Shmurda’s GS9 collective in the mid-2010s, but was incarcerated after pleading guilty to third-degree conspiracy and weapons charges in 2016. In June, Rowdy Rebel also contributed a guest verse to “Make it Rain” on Pop Smoke’s posthumous Shoot for the Stars Aim for the Moon last summer.
