Listen to Green Day Cover Blondie’s “Dreaming”

Green Day have shared a new cover of Blondie’s 1979 track “Dreaming.” Take a listen below.

While isolating with his family at home, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong has launched a series of covers he calls No Fun Mondays. He dedicated his performance of “Kids in America” to Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt earlier this month, and recruited his sons to join him for a cover of “I Think We’re Alone Now” on The Late Late Show with James Corden. He also recorded a version of “That Thing You Do!” as a tribute to the late songwriter Adam Schlesinger.

Green Day’s February album Father of All… was their first since 2016’s Revolution Radio.
