Lala Kent & Randall Emmett Postpone Wedding Because Of Coronavirus

Add Lala Kent and Randall Emmett’s wedding to the list of spring events that have been postponed because of Coronavirus concerns. Watch What Happens Live has suspended production and the Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 12 reunion have been postponed.

Of course, it’s best to be safe and move the wedding at this time, especially since they have the borrowed funds from 50 cent means to do so. This is absolutely the smart call.

Page Six was the first to confirm that Lala and Randall’s April 18 wedding has been postponed to July 2020. The event will take place at the original venue in Newport Beach, California.

In their statement, the couple told Page Six, “We have decided to move the date of our wedding to July given the unfortunate circumstances of what is going on. We are obviously saddened by this but for the ultimate safety of our families and guests, we have made the decision to wait and see how everything progresses. Safety will always be our number one priority.” Again, this is definitely the smart decision.

Does moving the wedding to July mean that it will now be filmed for Vanderpump Rules Season 9? We all know that the show films every summer and Randall has made his Vanderpump Rules debut this season. Maybe he’s open to the idea?

However, it’s not the first time Lala’s name has been in the news related to Coronavirus outbreak. Last week, Lala said, “So, I may get in trouble for this, but it’s OK. I just don’t feel that God would give me Coronavirus before I get married. I just don’t see that happening to me.” And, hopefully, Lala is right about not getting Coronavirus. Still, she made some unsettling comments during that same rant.

Lala remarked, “Let’s just say I do get it before my wedding, I feel like that means that God is like ‘Bitch, you need a little publicity.’ But, that’s the only way I would get it, I feel.” Yikes. It’s easy to get secondhand embarrassment just from reading that. Very out of touch.

Hopefully, Lala has a greater understanding of just how serious this situation actually is as the days have passed.

Page Six also reported that Jax Taylor dished on Lala and Randall’s wedding in a recent Instagram Live video. Reality stars are all about the Instagram Live videos during this Coronavirus outbreak.

Apparently, Jax said that Lala and Randall will tie the knot at the courthouse. He also said that Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark haven’t changed the plans for their upcoming wedding. They plan to get married in Rome, Italy in October 2020.
