The days of the creature feature aren’t as often as they used to be in the days of the geniuses like Ray Harryhausen and films like Clash of the Titans and One Million Years B.C. but coming from 20th Century Fox is director William Eubank’s new film, Underwater.
The film stars Kristen Stewart and revolves around a crew of underwater researchers who must scramble to safety after an earthquake devastates their subterranean lab. After doing some digging, “something” has awakened.
Below, you can see the new TV spot for Underwater that gives us a glimpse of the monster that the crew will have to deal with on the ocean floor.
Underwater arrives in theaters on January 10, 2020.
