Netflix’s Black Summer Set to Return for Season 2!

Horror

It would appear that there is still some life left in the undead, especially if Netflix has anything to say about it.

Based on the success of the Netflix original series from the creators of Z Nation – BLACK SUMMER – we are going to be getting a second season of 8 episodes.

Netflix hasn’t released numbers for the show starring Jamie King for the States but apparently it did VERY well in the UK warranting another season.

There are conflicting reports from the stars of both Z Nation and Black Summer as to whether or not the shows are connected. Some saying it shares a Fear the Walking Dead/Walking Dead kind of relationship, while others saying that there is no connection at all. Only time will tell where the creators are headed with it for a second season.

Production begins in Alberta Canada next year with no date for release just yet.
