The Next Game in ‘Until Dawn’ Developer’s ‘The Dark Pictures Anthology’ Takes the Horror Back to the Woods

Horror

Man of Medan isn’t officially out until tomorrow (it’s quite good), but its teaser for the next installment in Supermassive Games’ The Dark Pictures Anthology has found its way into the wild, and it’s good news if you miss getting spooked in the woods like you could in Until Dawn.

The Dark Pictures: Little Hope will be the second of eight entries in the anthology, and looks like it will focus on a small town with some creepy goings-on in its forest. There’s a bit of a Blair Witch vibe about it. You can view it in the teaser trailer below.

It’ll be interesting what horror sub-genres are being mashed up here beyond the obvious one. A witchy/monster tale looks like it’s the order of the day at least, and I’m very much here for it.

The Dark Pictures: Little Hope will be arriving 2020 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
