Her husband, Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman, confirmed the news via Twitter on Wednesday, writing: “It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side.”

The family said on Sunday that Beth, born Alice Elizabeth Smith, had been placed in a medically induced coma amid her cancer battle.

“Please say your prayers for Beth right now thank you love you,” Duane, 66, tweeted to fans.

Beth announced in September 2017 that she’d been diagnosed with stage II throat cancer. By November, the reality star was cancer-free.

“Hello. Attention. No cancer,” Duane said on an A&E special at the time. “There is a God. This could be a miracle. This could be a healing.”

However, a year later, the family revealed the cancer had returned. On Mother’s Day 2019, Beth said she had stopped chemotherapy.

“Dog the Bounty Hunter” ran on A&E from 2004 to 2012 and followed the lives of famed bounty hunter Duane and Beth, who was in the bail bond business for more than 30 years, and their family.

Beth and Duane first met in 1986 and dated on and off for years before tying the knot in 2006. The couple have two children together, and 10 more children between them from previous relationships and marriages.
