Karen Huger is accepting the consequences of her actions.
The Real Housewives of Potomac star is addressing her March 2024 DUI and car crash for the first time in the Bravo series’ explosive season nine trailer.
“I am so sorry you heard the crash,” Karen tells a man through tears in the preview, released Sept. 12, before telling her costars, “I could have died.”
However, the comment doesn’t sit well with Ashley Darby, who fires back, “Or taken the life of someone else!”
Mia Thornton later slams Karen after hearing her supposed BFF has been telling people she’s “not Potomac.”
“Is it Potomac to be a drunk,” Mia says, “crash your car into trees?”
But it’s not just Mia who has drama with Karen this season. The sneak peek teases an emotional falling out between her and Wendy Osefo. When Wendy hears the Grande Dame has called her “self-absorbed” to the other ladies, Wendy tearfully confronts her.
“I have always held you down off and on camera,” she tells Karen. “I wouldn’t have expected that from you.”
