More details about Princess Anne‘s condition are coming to light.

King Charles III‘s sister continues to face health challenges after suffering a concussion at her estate Gatcombe Park. As a result of the injury, Anne is not able to remember all the details about the incident, a royal source told NBC News on June 25.

The 73-year-old was hospitalized in Bristol “as a precautionary measure for observation” following the accident at her country home, the Buckingham Palace announced June 24.

Noting she is “expected to make a full and swift recovery,” the palace continued, “The King has been kept closely informed and joins the whole Royal Family in sending his fondest love and well-wishes to The Princess for a speedy recovery.”

Although Anne has not shared details of the incident, her doctors have suggested the her injury is consistent with an impact from a horse’s legs or head, according to the BBC
