BFC, CNMI, CFDA & FHCM collaborate on 2024-25 fashion week dates

The British Fashion Council (BFC), Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI), the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and Federation de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM) are collaborating on 2024-25 fashion week dates for the four major fashion capitals; New York, London, Milan and Paris.

In order to avoid overlaps and create synchrony for the fashion calendar, the councils have met to set agreements on the start and end dates of each fashion week. The decision, which follows ongoing discussions between the organisations, aims to benefit the trade audience travelling between the cities as well as the on-schedule designers.

BFC, CNMI, CFDA and FHCM have coordinated on the 2024-25 fashion week dates for New York, London, Milan, and Paris to prevent scheduling conflicts and enhance international attendance.
This synchronised calendar aims to optimise exposure for designers and improve the guest experience, underscoring fashion weeks as vital global platforms for showcasing brands.

The dates have been agreed unanimously by the BFC, CNMI, CFDA and FHCM to avoid overlaps: September 2024: NY (6-11), London (12-17), Milan (17-23), Paris (23-Oct 1). January 2025: Milan (17-21), Paris (21-26 & 27-30). Feb/Mar 2025: NY (13-18), London (20-24), Milan (Feb 25 – Mar 3), Paris (3-11). June 2025 (Menswear): London (12-15), Milan (20-24), Paris (24-29). July 2025 (Haute Couture): Paris (7-10). September 2025: NY (11-16), London (18-22), Milan (23-29), Paris (Sept 29 – Oct 7), BFC said on its website.
