Sampha has revealed the release date for his sophomore album, Lahai: The follow-up to 2017’s Process is out October 20 via Young. Along with “Spirit 2.0,” the new album includes “Only,” which arrives today with a music video directed by Dexter Navy in collaboration with Sampha. Sampha named Lahai after his paternal grandfather. He got album contributions from Yaeji, Léa Sen, Sheila Maurice-Grey of Kokoroko, Ibeyi, Morgan Simpson of Black Midi, Yussef Dayes, Laura Groves, El Guincho, and Kwake Bass.
Sampha will play Satellite Business shows in London and Los Angeles in October. Later in the month, he will begin his Lahai Tour in San Francisco.
