The romantic tension between Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland continues to heat up on Season 2 of “Selling the OC.”
In a new trailer released Friday, the Oppenheim Group colleagues are seen toasting with a glass of wine, giving each other a hug and laughing together — once again fueling romance rumors.
Co-star Brandi Marshall tries to warn Hall, “I think you guys are too friendly” and that the flirtation looks “sloppy,” to which the real estate agent bluntly responds, “I don’t give a f–k.”
Hall’s unabashed attitude is nothing new, however.
After Season 1 premiered on Netflix last year, the mother of two was bashed for seemingly being too touchy-feely with Stanaland, who was married to actress Brittany Snow at the time.
The reality star exclusively told Page Six in September 2022, though, “I don’t really have regrets because I, I would do it again” — despite the criticism.
“I don’t regret that. And anything that I did — that I have done on the show that people see — I don’t regret any of it,” she added at the time.
Hall has maintained that she and Stanaland were just “very good friends” and that the intention behind their relationship was “always pure.”
Less than two weeks after that interview was published, Stanaland and Snow, 37, confirmed they were separating after two years of marriage.
“After time and consideration, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to separate,” the “Pitch Perfect” star wrote in a post on Instagram on Sept. 14, 2022.
“This decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives.”
Insiders claimed to Page Six at the time that “Selling the OC” contributed to the split.
“Everyone who knows Tyler and Brittany knows she wasn’t comfortable with the show,” one source previously told us exclusively.
“That’s why he did his best to keep his marriage and the show separate, but it only backfired.”
A second insider reiterated, “The show basically destroyed their marriage. Brittany was not happy with what she saw.”
Stanaland continued to hang out with Hall and was even seen getting cozy with her during an outing to a sushi restaurant just hours after his divorce was announced.
Two months later, Hall insisted that she and her hunky co-star were still just friends “at this point,” seemingly leaving room for more to develop over time.

In January, Page Six exclusively spotted the twosome on a trip to Dubai together, where they were accompanied only by Stanaland’s brother and another male friend.
It appears that more will be revealed about Hall and Stanaland’s relationship on Season 2.
In the teaser, Oppenheim Group co-founder Jason Oppenheim — who also stars on “Selling Sunset” — reminds his cast during a team meeting, “Let’s remember this is a small town. Reputations matter.”
The new season, which starts streaming on Netflix Sept. 8, is also set to explore the fallout of former dynamic duo Alexandra Rose and Alexandra Jarvis.
