Just hours after she first hooked up with Tom Sandoval, Raquel Leviss was seen bringing a bouquet of flowers for his then-girlfriend Ariana Madix.
Wednesday’s “Secrets Revealed” episode of “Vanderpump Rules” showed Leviss come bearing gifts the morning after she took the plunge and slept with her co-star.
Walking into the couple’s pad, Leviss and fellow SUR employee Charli Burnett visited Madix, 37, and Sandoval, 40, after it emerged that Madix’s beloved dog Charlotte had died.
Leviss clutched a small gold vase full of pink roses to give to Madix — just hours after she ignited a steamy affair that would later put an end to Sandoval’s nine-year relationship with Madix.
Greeting her hookup, Leviss was heard joking, “It’s been so long!”
“You got me flowers? Oh my God, I love it,” Sandoval quipped after greeting Leviss first.
He then grabbed Leviss by the arms and said, “I barely recognize you anymore,” before bursting into laughter.
The bizarre exchange has been slammed by viewers on social media.
“This b–h brought Ariana flowers the morning after she f–ked her man?! OH MY FUCK!!!!! This is sickening! #PumpRules,” fumed one viewer on Twitter.
Another tweeted, “Am I having a stroke or did this soulless ghoul bring flowers to the man she just screwed behind her grieving best friend’s back? This s–t is WILD. #PumpRules #secretsrevealed.”
“Rachel bringing Ariana flowers the MORNING after she f–ked Sandoval is absolute demon behavior #PumpRules,” another wrote.
A fourth raged, “Watching Raquel walk into Ariana’s house & give her flowers when she just messed with Sandoval the night before filled me with more rage than I care to admit. Just when I thought I was over it boom..I watched “secrets revealed” #pumprules.”

It comes as sources the Daily Mail that Leviss is “aiming to become a better person” after checking into a mental health facility.
“Upon the completion of filming the reunion, Raquel entered a voluntary inpatient behavioral health and trauma facility and remains there to date — 68 days and counting,” an insider told the outlet.
“Her treatment is helping her learn the basis of her decisions and to grow from her mistakes with the hope of making better choices and becoming a better person,” the source said, adding that she has been “remorseful,” and has “apologized repeatedly.”
“Raquel looks forward to sharing her story with the unfiltered truth when she comes out.”
