Sonja Morgan sent fans into a spiral after saying she was “home” — as her “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy” co-stars continued to film in St. Barts.
“Bopping around #NYC!!! I’m home 💕 🏡 How are you guys doing ?” the “Real Housewives of New York City” alum, 59, captioned an Instagram photo Thursday showing her standing in front of a gated townhouse on the Upper East Side.
“I was doing well until I saw this post! Why aren’t you in St. Barts??” one worried user commented beneath the snap, while another added, “EXCUSE ME BUT WHY ARE YOU HOME? 😂.”
“Sonjarita we need you back in St Barth’s!!!!!” someone else cried out, as one person boldly asked, “What did Kelly [Bensimon] do this time?”
Many even suggested that the post might’ve been uploaded accidentally by one of Morgan’s many interns.
“Please tell me an intern screwed up by posting this and you are actually still in St Barts,” “Intern fail I’m assuming? Lol” and “Oop the intern is getting fired” were among the slew of remarks written on the subject.
But the famously and endearingly aloof Bravolebrity eventually took to her comments section to clarify, “I meant I’m back in general. I’ll be flying back from #RHONYUGT soon ❤️,” likely meaning she meant to express her excitement to be back as a “Housewife.”

“Girl you had us scared,” a relieved fan replied.
Morgan is currently on Saline Beach filming Peacock’s fifth installment of the spinoff series alongside fellow former “RHONY” stars Bensimon, Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley and Kristen Taekman.
“RHONY” as fans knew it came to an abrupt halt in 2021 after an overwhelmingly unpopular Season 13 and behind-the-scenes investigations into some of Singer’s behavior.
Then in January, Page Six broke the news that the proposed idea of a full-sized reboot had fallen apart during contract negotiations, so producers transitioned to a shorter, vacation-style show.
Sources previously told us that OG Jill Zarin played a significant role in Bravo rescinding its initial “Legacy” offers, but she insisted it was more of a mutual decision.
