Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter, Penelope, came to her father’s aid following his August 2022 car crash in Los Angeles.
“Good thing I got [Penelope]. She took care of me,” Disick said to Kris Jenner on Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians.”
Describing what happened after flipping his Lamborghini Urus in Calabasas, he added, “She got all the blood off of me when she was there.”
A shocked Jenner, 67, asked her granddaughter, “Blood? He had blood?”
The 10-year-old then confirmed her father had “a lot of blood” on his forehead when she saw him post-accident.
“She came down with a wet rag. She got my face all done. P was a big help,” the Talentless founder — who also shares sons Mason, 13, and Reign, 8, with Kardashian — said of his daughter.
In the episode, Disick, 40, described the terrifying crash, explaining that one of the car’s tires caught the “lip” of a curb, causing him to “smack into a pillar.”
The luxury vehicle then “hit” the mailbox and “did a somersault forward” before hitting another object and then landing on its side.
The “Flip it like Disick” star detailed being “strapped in and hanging” via a safety belt immediately after the crash occurred.
“And then I couldn’t get out, and then I realized, ‘I’ll try the sunroof.’ So, I hit the sunroof, and I moseyed on out,” Disick said.

In photos shared on the episode, Disick’s grey Lambo was laying on its side with a shattered windshield and detached fender as the stone mailbox lay on its side in the background.
As Page Six previously reported, Disick crashed his vehicle on Aug. 21, 2022, after catching a curb and hitting a stone mailbox in The Oaks gated community in Calabasas, a neighborhood in Los Angeles famously known for housing the KarJenner family.
He refused medical attention at the scene. Police sources also told TMZ at the time that Disick’s vehicle was the only car involved in the accident.
The reality star walked away with minor injuries.
His children were safe spending the day with their mother — who is now married to Blink-182 frontman Travis Barker.
