Summer should be fun — and, apparently, so should sex!
“Summer House” star Kory Keefer reveals on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast that he and girlfriend Sam Feher’s “first time” took place on the beaches of Montauk, New York, last summer.
“It was kinda weirdly romantic,” the hunky gym owner, 32, says, divulging that he and the blond beauty, 25, were in the mood after a night out at the trendy hot spot Surf Lodge.
“It was such a good vibe. It’s funny, so we hooked up our first time, like officially sealing the deal was on the beach.”
Keefer confesses that engaged co-stars Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke were close by during the intimate moment.
“Carl and Lindsay were there as well. We were all laying on the beach and it’s dark and Carl has this music playing,” he recounts.

“And then we’re like, ‘We’re just going to move down like 50 yards.’ So we both moved down, we can’t see each other and then yeah … the first time was on the beach in the moonlight in Montauk.”
Keefer admits that he and Feher “set the bar high” for themselves — but the pair have managed to keep things spicy months after falling for each in the Hamptons.
“The sexual tension is 100 percent there,” he says, adding that their seaside romp confirmed their attraction to each other.
“It just kind of was like, ‘OK, we are romantically compatible.’ Because sometimes too, like she said, you can get the ick after you hook up,” Keefer acknowledges. “And you’re like, ‘Ooh, that wasn’t what I liked or was kind of weird.’ That 100 percent was not the case.”
The “Winter House” alum’s revelation comes weeks after Feher shared in an exclusive interview with Page Six that she and Keefer “made it official.”
“Kory’s my boyfriend!” the content creator told us on April 4. “That is so weird. I haven’t had a boyfriend in so long!”
Feher noted that it will be “really fun” for fans to follow their “love story” on “Summer House” Season 7.
“I don’t want to get emotional,” she said, “but it’s very special to find someone who means so much to you and then get to relive that experience all the time.”
“Summer House” airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
