‘RHOBH’ alum Teddi Mellencamp reacts to ‘Housewives’ Ozempic craze

Reality TV

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Teddi Mellencamp shared her thoughts on the Ozempic craze as it builds momentum in the Bravo world.

“I’m not here to really judge whatever it is that somebody’s doctor recommends for them,” she exclusively told Page Six at an event for the National Alliance on Mental Illness at the Fleur Room in West Hollywood Tuesday.

“I know, for me, the most important thing for my mental health is moving my body daily, eating foods that fuel me and make me feel good,” she added.

“And if [Ozempic is] going to make somebody feel good, to each his own.”

A number of reality stars have admitted to using Ozempic to slim down, including “Shahs of Sunset” OG Golnesa “GG” Garachedaghi and “Real Housewives of New Jersey” personality Dolores Catania.

Garachedaghi, 41, confessed in March that she lost 11 pounds after taking semaglutide, the generic version of the trendy weight-loss drug. But Catania, 52, recently clarified to Page Six that she takes the medication — intended to treat Type II diabetes — for medical reasons.

Meanwhile, Jackie Goldschneider — “friend of” the “RHONJ” cast — slammed “Housewives” for using Ozempic in a February episode of Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

“It gets me so fired up. I’m horrified by it,” said the “Weight of Beautiful” author, 46, who battles anorexia.

Mellencamp quipped that she and the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Tamra Judge discuss ozempic so much on their podcast, “Two Ts in a Pod,” that “it should be a sponsor of the damn podcast.”

The All In by Teddi founder mentioned that she doesn’t “like the speculation” that celebrities are using versions of Ozempic — popular for its appetite-regulating effects — if they happen to drop weight fast.

“I don’t even like the speculation, also, that if somebody’s working hard, ‘Oh, that must mean this,’” she explained. “Or if somebody isn’t and that’s what their doctor recommends for them, who am I to judge?”

Mellencamp’s good pal and former castmate Kyle Richards has faced incessant conjectures due to her newly svelte physique.

Richards, 54, for her part, has vehemently denied Ozempic rumors, explaining that her body transformation is the result of revamping her diet, which includes ditching alcohol and clocking in hours at the gym.

“We’ve always worked out together,” Mellencamp told Page Six of her friend.

“But I’m a huge supporter of Kyle no matter what she’s doing and we love to push each other and have fun and work out and that’s always been one of our connecting things.”

Notably, Mellencamp attended Tuesday night’s party in support of Richards.

The “Halloween Kills” actress hosted the NAMI fête — sponsored in part by Neuro Drinks — to raise awareness for mental health and pay tribute to her best friend, Lorene Shea, who died by suicide after a battle with mental illness last May.

“I wanted to honor her and bring everyone together here tonight and raise awareness and funds because I really want people to know that there is help out there,” she told us as cameras rolled for “RHOBH” Season 13.

Cast members Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Dorit Kemsley and rumored newbie Annemarie Wiley showed up, as well as former diamond holders Camille Grammer and Kyle’s sister Kim Richards.

Kyle’s daughters, Alexia, Sophia and Portia Umansky — whom she shares with husband Mauricio Umansky — and Farrah Brittany — with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie — also came out.
