“Stranger Things” Animated Series Coming Soon from Netflix!

Horror

Announced this afternoon, “American Horror Story 12” is on the way later this year, and Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts are set to headline the brand new twelfth season.

“American Horror Story” Season 12 will premiere in Summer 2023.

Watch the first teaser below, which cryptically notes that “Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are delicate.” For now, that’s the only clue we have in regards to the season’s theme.

The teaser is also set to a creepy rendition of the Rock-a-bye Baby nursery rhyme, which could be another clue. A season centered around the horrors of motherhood, perhaps?

THR reports that Halley Feiffer will be writing/showrunning Season 12.

“Kim [Kardashian] is among the biggest and brightest television stars in the world and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family,” said co-creator Ryan Murphy.

Murphy adds, “Emma [Roberts] and I are excited about collaborating with this true force in the culture. Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish and ultimately terrifying role especially for Kim, and this season is ambitious and unlike anything we have ever done.”

UPDATE: THR also provides the following additional details:

“The season is titled Delicate and is based, at least in part, on Danielle Valentine’s upcoming novel Delicate Condition. Out in August from Sourcebooks Landmark, the novel is described as a gripping thriller about a woman who becomes convinced that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens.”

As we previously learned, “American Horror Story” has been ordered through Season 13.
