Bam Margera has been hit with a temporary restraining order after allegedly threatening the life of a man named Daniel Cardenas, Page Six can confirm.
According to TMZ, the 28-year-old claims in legal docs that Margera, 43, invaded his home in the middle of the night last month, waking him and making a death threat.
“You have 12 hours to leave the house or I will kill you with my brass knuckles,” Cardenas accuses Margera of saying.
Cardenas claims his roommate heard the alleged commotion and eventually forced Margera to vacate their abode.
However, Cardenas claims that Margera came back 90 minutes later to confront him once more.
Margera allegedly shoved a fist full of rings in Cardenas’ face, while saying, “You have 12 seconds to leave.”
A court hearing is scheduled for Monday.

Cardenas claims to reside in an Oceanside, Calif., house where Margera’s supposed girlfriend, Jessica, and her 8-year-old daughter have stayed after the “Jackass” alum was arrested for domestic violence.
A rep for Margera didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
As previously reported, Margera was cuffed in early March for allegedly kicking his new girlfriend.
About six months prior, he had a stint in rehab following multiple attempts to escape the facility.
Despite his headline-making woes, Margera — who shares 5-year-old son Phoenix with estranged wife Nicole Boyd — has fervently expressed his love for his only child.
Last month, the former MTV star showed off a face tattoo of his son’s name and wrote on Instagram, “I miss Phoenix the wolf so much I had to to get his name tattooed on my f–kin face to remind Nikki she is breaking my heart by not letting me see him.”
Margera and Boyd married in October 2013 and welcomed Phoenix in December 2017.
