Lisa Rinna Says Life After Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Is “Absolute Heaven”

Reality TV

In a new interview, Lisa Rinna discusses her life after her shocking Real Housewives of Beverly Hills exit. The reality star spent eight years in the 90210, serving us some of the messiest drama. She fought incessantly with Kim RichardsLisa Vanderpump, and many others; however, after a new wave of Beverly Hills diamond holders took center stage, the interest in Lisa’s mean girl ways quickly faded.

Many shared my opinion, which is why Bravo gave her the boot. I didn’t care to watch her sit and defend Diana Jenkin’s “c you next Tuesday” comment, and her silly feuds with Garcelle Beauvais didn’t pique my interest either. But it’s clear Andy Cohen and Co. hopes viewers will forget about Rinna’s polarizing behavior after a brief time-out.

“First, you’ve gotta give props to Lisa Rinna for being, by the way, eight years,” he said. “So this is a reality show, and that is a testament to how compelling Lisa Rinna is to watch on television that she went eight years.” He said, “I really do hope that this is a pause. I hope she will come back; I really do.”

But is returning to the franchise that relaunched Lisa’s career into the spotlight part of her plans? Maybe not. According to Us Weekly, the former Housewife compares her time away from the drama to heaven on earth.

“It has been heaven, absolute heaven. I mean, I’ve been to Paris and London, and I’ve been able to travel and go to fashion shows,” she said, per Page Six. “I’m having really the time of my life.”

As a result of former Housewives leaving their show, it seems like they always end up living their best life after. After announcing her exit from the Real Housewives of New YorkRamona Singer said she has “never been happier.”

“I’m 60 something now; I worked hard my whole life. It’s time for me just to enjoy myself,” Ramona said. “I can control my own narrative, and, you know, I’m happier now, and actually, I’m calmer.”

“I don’t miss it at all. It was a great experience, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything,” she said.

Based on Ramona’s comments, maybe Rinna’s dismissal from RHOBH was a blessing in disguise. According to the reality star, her firing couldn’t “have come at a better time.”

“I mean, it’s perfect,” she said. Kyle RichardsSutton StrackeErika JayneCrystal Kung MinkoffDorit Kemsley, and Garcelle will all return to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13, which is currently filming.

In a recent interview, Garcelle gave fans a tease of what to expect during the new era. “I think we’re gonna get back to old school Beverly Hills in terms of like glamour and fun, and you know, a little bit of a sisterhood if we can,” she said. “Even though there’s gonna be drama. So I’m looking forward to it. We just started filming.”
