“Summer House” star Danielle Olivera and her boyfriend, Robert Sieber, have called it quits after two-and-a-half years together.
“We broke up in November — it’s still hard to say out loud,” Olivera, 34, told E! on Wednesday. “It’s sad, but I’m finding my happy slowly but surely. I have a lot of really great friends, even the girls on the show. They’ve been so, so nice to me.”
The Bravolebrity further emphasized that “there’s no animosity” between the exes.
“There’s still a lot of love there and mutual respect, but it just wasn’t working out,” Olivera added. “If we can’t be happy together, then we have to find our happy separately.”
Despite their love and respect, Sieber has unfollowed Olivera from social media.
As “Summer House” fans have seen over the last two years, the former couple struggled with his job as a chef all over the country — and most recently in Aspen, Colo.
“Our relationship definitely suffered a bit, because there wasn’t enough time, and I would keep things in and then they would obviously explode in the wrong ways,” she said. “His career is amazing, and I’m so proud of him. Do I wish things were different? Yeah, but that’s life.”
Olivera also admitted that she’s “not the easiest person” to date, because she has high expectations from her partners.
“I expressed unhappiness and when we got into the conversation, it became like a lot and the bubble burst,” she explained. “He was like, ‘I can’t make you happy right now,’ and I was like, ‘OK.’”
Meanwhile, Olivera is still reeling from the breakup and is focused on enjoying her single life at the moment.
“I want to go out and have fun,” she added. “I just want to be single for a while. I’m really good at being single, so I’m just going to focus on my career, focus on my app, have fun with my friends and make a ton of mistakes.”
The tech entrepreneur appeared on the second episode of “Summer House” — aired on Monday — where she alluded to his job affecting their relationship when she admitted he “spends most of his time in a kitchen.”
Sieber — who was never an official cast member of the hit Bravo show but quickly became adored by fans and co-stars alike — is focusing on his cooking career at sister restaurants, the Snow Lodge in Aspen and the Surf Lodge in Montauk following the breakup.
“Summer House” airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
