“Bling Empire: New York” star Dorothy Wang and her on-screen love interest Ari Kourkoumelis are officially over, Page Six can confirm.
The former couple’s budding romance was featured on Season 1 of the “Bling Empire” spinoff series, with the finale leaving fans wondering whether the heiress and attorney would commit to one another.
However, we’re told exclusively that Wang, 35, and Kourkoumelis, 31, dated for only one or two months after the Netflix show wrapped and called it quits for good in the spring of 2021.
“It just didn’t work out,” an insider tell us. “There was no major reason, except they weren’t really compatible.”
Wang and Kourkoumelis met in the Bahamas, while “Bling Empire: New York” cameras were rolling, and the pair rekindled their romance back in the Big Apple.
The series followed along as the billionaire mogul and Queens, NY-raised lawyer went on a fun pizza date, and tried to assimilate to each other’s cultures.
In one scene, Wang met Kourkoumelis’s father, a produce market and juice bar owner, and petitioned that he should start a clothing line based off of the store’s brand.
Fans immediately took to social media to praise the couple, writing, “I hope Ari & Dorothy work out! They are so cute together #BlingEmpireNY” and “I kinda dig Ari and Dorothy tbh he gives good vibes and they look like they enjoy each other a lot.”
Viewers continued to speculate on social media when Wang posted about her 35th birthday on Instagram.
“best way to kick off 35! so happy to have all my best friends together! we had so much fun just dancing in my living room 🥹🖤♠️,” the “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” alum captioned a slideshow from her fête, which did not feature Kourkoumelis.
“When are you going to talk about Ari? 😢,” one person wrote in the comments section.
Another added, “Where’s Ari????’ to which a third chimed in, ” i was wondering the same thing!!🤩 love them together!”
Meanwhile, another “Bling Empire: New York” co-star appears unlucky in love.
Blake Abbie recently told Page Six exclusively that it’s hard for him to meet someone he’s “into,” adding, “It’s hard for me to find people that I really connect with … and that’s really important to me.”
Netflix has not yet announced whether the “Bling Empire: New York” has been renewed, but Season 1 is now streaming.
