Here are the coolest horror collectibles unveiled this week!


Mad God Steelbook Blu-ray from RLJE Films

Mad God will be released on Blu-ray in Steelbook packaging on December 6 via RLJE Films. If you haven’t seen the 2022 stop-motion spectacle, head over to Shudder to stream it ASAP.

Written and directed by visual effects legend Phil Tippett (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, RoboCop), the movie was produced over a period of 30 years. Repo Man filmmaker Alex Cox leads the voice cast alongside Niketa Roman, Satish Ratakonda, Harper Taylor, and Brynn Taylor.

Special features include an audio commentary by Tippett and Guillermo del Toro, a cast and crew commentary track, an interview with Tippett, a making-of featurette, and more.


Mandy Blind Box Toys from Unbox Industries

Unbox Industries created a line of Mandy blind box toys as part of its Who Goes There? line. The soft vinyl figure assortment has Red (two versions), Mandy, Jeremiah, Cheddar Goblin, and three Black Skulls members. $175 gets you a case of 12 that includes the base set plus four chase variants in different colorways.


Terrifier 2 Poster & Art Crispies Box from Terrifier Shop

The official Terrifier shop dropped two new pieces of Terrifier 2 merch: an exclusive poster designed by Peter Panayis and Art Crispies cereal box replicas. The poster measures 24×36 and sells for $25. Art Crispies boxes are available in two sizes: 4.5×7 for $35 or $8×12 for $50.

Death Wish 4K UHD from Kino Lorber

Death Wish will get revenge on 4K Ultra HD (with Blu-ray) on January 24 from Kino Lorber. The 1974 action thriller has been newly restored in 4K from the original camera negative with Dolby Vision HDR. It includes reversible artwork.

Michael Winner (The Sentinel, The Mechanic) directs from a script by Wendell Mayes (Anatomy of a Murder, The Poseidon Adventure), based on Brian Garfield’s 1972 novel. Charles Bronson stars with Hope Lange, Vincent Gardenia, William Redfield, Kathleen Tolan, and Christopher Guest.

Film historian Paul Talbot recorded a new commentary track for the release. Other extras include an interview with actor John Herzfeld, radio spots, a TV spot, and the theatrical trailer.


Pearl Vinyl Soundtrack from A24

A24 has pressed Pearl’s original motion picture soundtrack on black vinyl. Expected to ship in Summer 2023, the LP is available to pre-order for $30. It’s co-composed by Tyler Bates (X, Rob Zombie’s Halloween) and Tim Williams (Brightburn, We Summon the Darkness).
