‘RHOP’ star Mia Thornton claims husband’s brothers ‘robbed us of everything we own’

Reality TV

“Real Housewives of Potomac” star Mia Thornton claims her husband Gordon Thornton’s brothers “robbed [them] of everything [they] own.”

The Bravolebrity, who helps her businessman hubby run a chain of chiropractic clinics called The Joint Chiropractic, alleged that Gordon’s siblings “recently revoked his access to the company bank account” while the two were “out of the country.”

Mia, 37, made the shocking claim on Instagram Thursday, telling her followers, “I’ve since learned that my salary will no longer continue past this next payroll cycle due to my unwavering loyalty to Gordon.”

The reality star went on to say that 68-year-old “G” had “trusted” his brothers “to support and carry on the family legacy.”

She claimed that “the person who Gordon selected to run [their] empire and who he thought would be the one to care for [her] and the kids has now manipulated the organizational structure.”

Mia said she and Gordon — who share a combined four children — “built this company from the ground up and brought on family Members since 2013.”

“Never would we think that after a decade of building generational wealth and opportunities would end up being taken from us overnight,” she wrote, adding, “IF YOU CANT TRUST FAMILY WHO CAN YOU TRUST? MY HEART IS COMPLETELY EMPTY.”

The post has received over 5,000 “likes” and numerous comments from Mia’s fans expressing both shock and support.

A rep for the corporate communications department of The Joint Chiropractic told Page Six on Friday, “As a matter of privacy, we do not discuss the details of our franchisees’ personal matters. All inquiries should be directed to the clinic owner-operators.”

Gordon’s brother has not yet responded to our request for comment.

The “RHOP” star asked her fans to “please pray for [her] family,” admitting she has “been going through it” and that “life at times feels impossible.”

“I love seeing our #rhop fans in our offices but I won’t be running into you all for a little bit, I don’t even feel comfortable recommending you continue to visit without having a direct influence on the operations,” she explained.

“I’ve never experienced such pain, I practically birth these clinics so I’m feeling defeated right now.”

Mia concluded her post by promising to “fight this fight and regain [her] #power,” adding that “God has been preparing [her] for the ultimate fight of [her] life.”

This year has not been kind to the reality star, who dealt with a cancer scare in February.

“I am doing OK. I’m good. I’m much better. I’m out of it,” she told Essence in an interview published Friday, admitting that it was “the hardest time of [her] life.”

“It was also a trying time for our marriage,” she confessed. “My husband was very scared and worried.”

“RHOP” Season 7 premieres Sunday on Bravo.
