Tyler Stanaland was spotted cozying up to his “Selling the OC” co-star Alex Hall hours after his estranged wife Brittany Snow announced their breakup on social media.
Hall and Stanaland were snapped getting close at sushi restaurant SOTA in Corona del Mar on Wednesday, according to TMZ.
A source told the outlet that while there was no explicit PDA, the two were definitely giving off vibes in a way that didn’t exactly appear resoundingly platonic.
The dinner of six people also included castmate Polly Brindle, with whom Stanaland, 33, has also reportedly cultivated a flirtatious dynamic on the show, per US weekly.
Reps for Hall and Stanaland didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Earlier on Wednesday, Snow announced their split after two years of marriage alongside a black-and-white photo of the pair on the subway.
“After time and consideration, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to separate,” the “Pitch Perfect” star, 33, captioned the photo.
“We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives … We sincerely appreciate your support and ask for privacy as we navigate this new chapter.”
Stanaland posted the same statement to his account.
“Everyone who knows Tyler and Brittany knows she wasn’t comfortable with the show,” a source told Page Six of what led to the split. “That’s why he did his best to keep his marriage and the show separate, but it only backfired.”
Another insider confirmed: “The show basically destroyed their marriage. Brittany was not happy with what she saw.”
The OC real estate agent has been heavily criticized for his flirting with co-stars, including Hall, on the Netflix reality show.
“I don’t really have regrets because I, I would do it again,” Hall told Page Six earlier this month of her flirty moments with a married Stanaland.
Snow and Stanaland got married in March 2020 after two years of dating. The pair do not share any children.
