Guess diamonds really are a girl’s best friend.
Scheana Shay has upgraded her engagement ring, trading her polarizing morganite engagement sparkler for a diamond.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star received her new rock after walking down the aisle at her Aug. 23 wedding to Brock Davies in Cancun, Mexico.
The hunky Australian, 31, presented Shay, 37, with a 4-carat emerald-cut solitaire engagement ring designed by Ring Come True, featuring a hidden halo of diamonds underneath the sizable rock.
Ring Come True shared more details about creating the glittering bauble with Brock — and a congratulatory message for the newlyweds — via Instagram.
“We are SO thrilled that @scheana and @brock__davies finally tied the knot in Mexico!” the company wrote.
“We worked closely with Brock to surprise Scheana at the altar with a 4ct Emerald cut version of our CLIO ring <3 Wishing them a lifetime of happiness together!!”
Brock originally proposed to Shay in July 2021 with a 12.74-carat rectangular cushion-cut rare fancy pink morganite ring designed by “Vanderpump” favorite Kyle Chan.
on a 14-karat, 12-diamond white gold band designed by Kyle Chan.
Set on a 14-karat white gold band studded with 12 diamonds, the pink stone was met with strong opinions from fans who felt Shay deserved a diamond.
“It’s still 12.74 carats,” the “Good as Gold” singer tweeted in January, shutting down the criticism. “Why does it matter what stone?”
The mother of one — who shares 16-month-old daughter Summer Moon with Davies —insisted to others that she “didn’t want a diamond.”
She explained, “Morganites are beautiful and have so much meaning.”
Shay was grateful to one social media user who expressed, “It’s a ring you LOVE, given to you by someone you LOVE. That’s all that matters.”
She replied, “LITERALLY.”
Looks like Shay now has two rings she loves.
