Season 4 of Real Housewives of Miami, which airs on Peacock, is mixing a tropical vibe with fun and shady drama. I love it! Several of the veterans from the original franchise returned, including Lisa Hochstein, Larsa Pippen, and Alexia Echevarria. Marysol Patton and Adriana de Moura returned part-time, which is so wrong. These ladies need to be full-time next season.
On earlier seasons of RHOM, Lisa often talked about her marriage to “boob god” Dr. Lenny Hochstein, and their struggle with infertility. In 2015, Lisa and Lenny welcomed a son, Logan Marc Hochstein, via surrogate. The couple later expanded their family and welcomed a baby girl, also born via surrogate, in 2019. They named their daughter Elle Marie Hochstein.
Viewers were surprised when Lisa revealed in a previous episode that Lenny had an “emotional affair,” and the couple separated. “We decided that we love each other so much, we want to be together, we couldn’t be apart from each other. The separation lasted all of about one and a half months — it wasn’t a long thing at all,” Lisa remarked.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Lisa a question from a fan. “Where do you think the rumors about you and Lenny being swingers started?” Andy asked.
“Because everyone talks badly about us. People just love to spread rumors in Miami,” Lisa replied. Andy responded, “Do they?” I love some shady Andy.
“We’re not [swingers]. I’m the most jealous person on the planet,” Lisa stated. “I could never share Lenny.”
Lenny and Lisa also made headlines in January of 2021, when he and Lisa had a party with 150 guests in the back yard of their Star Island home. That may not have been the best decision because of the coronavirus. Lenny had to pay a $3 thousand dollar fine, even though the couple claimed that they used Covid-19 safety precautions. I guess the party never ends in Miami.
