Dr. Jen Armstrong might not be bringing much to Real Housewives of Orange County, but she sure is keeping the California courts busy. The RHOC newbie has been embattled in multiple lawsuits over the years and now she’s dealing with another one.
As reported by Radar Online, Jen is being accused of refusing to pay her bills. The lawsuit, filed by a company named Forever Ageless, was filed in October of 2019. But it’s just starting to gain traction in the courts over the past few months. Forever Ageless is claiming that Jen didn’t show up to an October 2021 deposition.
Apparently, prior to the October deposition, Jen allegedly skipped out on one in August of the same year. Even though it being a virtual one, therefore making it easier to attend. The company said, “[Armstrong] failed to make timely objections—or any objections—to the deposition notice, opting instead of advise Plaintiff less than 24 hours before the start of the deposition that Armstrong was “unavailable” for” the deposition.”
Once Jen was accused of not showing up, Forever Ageless was forced to go back to court. They called her lack of attendance “gamesmanship and stonewalling tactics.” The company is suing Jen for breach of contract for medical products. They allegedly provided the products to her dermatology practice from August of 2017 to January of 2019. They also claim that Jen is refusing to pay the $103,923.05 owed to them. And want $4K in sanctions that the court ordered her to pay. For her part, Jen denies any wrongdoing. She maintains that she partially resolved the debt with a $72K piece of jewelry.

Forever Ageless has now asked the court to find Jen in contempt. The judge signed off on the motion on January 7th. Because of the signed motion, Jen will now have to sit and answer questions in court before the February 7th.
As previously reported, Jen is facing multiple lawsuits against her at this time. Back in 2014, her ex hit her with a lawsuit for not paying back money that he claimed were loans. The case was eventually dismissed and Jen called the allegations “baseless.”
Then in March of 2021, a patient began a lawsuit against her for alleged medical assault and battery for fillers that went wrong. The lawsuit also claims that Jen employed an unlicensed doctor. The patient is suing for $250K. And finally, Jen was sued by a leasing company for failure to pay for equipment she was leasing for her cosmetic dermatology practice. Right before she started filming, Jen satisfied the $60K judgment.
