Chrishell Stause Claps Back At The Guy Heather Rae Young And Tarek El Moussa Set Her Up With On Selling Sunset

Reality TV

Season 4 of Selling Sunset delivered in terms of Christine Quinn’s outfits, beautiful expensive real estate I’ll never be able to afford, and Christine’s delusions of past relationships. Other than that, not much happened. Viewers knew going into the season that Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause were dating. I was expecting to see their romance unfold, but it just didn’t happen. Instead, we got to witness one of the most awkward set-ups of all time featuring Chrishell and Robert Drenk, a friend of Heather Rae Young’s husband, Tarek El Moussa.

The date took place on a boat with a majority of the Selling Sunset crew, including Jason, and boy did it sink fast. Personally, I blame Robert for acting like a creep and having zero social skills. At one point, Chrishell was dancing on the boat deck with all the girls, having a great time, when Robert decided it would be a good idea to pick her up and remove her from the deck because she “looked too good.” He then proceeded to try and force Chrishell to talk to him. Buddy, she’s not interested! Robert could have laid low after his 15 minutes, but instead he’s running his mouth on social media and tagging Chrishell in posts for attention.

Us Weekly reports that Chrishell, “recently responded to a viewer on Twitter who asked about the yacht date,” saying, “Ok but in our defense this is not the song we were dancing to. Petition to release the unedited dancing footage bc agreed we look manic.” Robert saw this and thirsty for attention, replied, “in your defense would you say the real reason the date went sideways from the second I showed up was because your boyfriend Jason was right there? I guess hiding your man from the man that came to a blind date makes for lots of cringe.”

Chrishell tweeted a great comeback for Robert, writing, “Oh hi Robert! Jason was not my boyfriend here. In fact that step came much later. But if thinking that makes you feel better about your behavior, I get it.” Perfectly put, Chrishell! This guy just doesn’t want to admit he was totally weird.

This also isn’t the first time Chrishell had to slap Robert down on social media. He apparently “questioned the timeline of the pair’s relationship,” as well. Chrishell replied, “Robert, take the L. You never pick up a woman w/o permission & if she wants to leave, refusing to get up to let me out was ridiculous… Thank you for showing me what I did NOT want.”

Chrishell even added, “please stop tagging me in things…to be on Twitter defending your actions is making it worse. I originally enjoyed meeting you until I started to see things I didn’t vibe with.” Hope that’s clear enough for you, Robert!
