Braunwyn Windham-Burke: I’m moving ‘away’ from Gina Kirschenheiter drama

Reality TV

Unbothered and busy.

Braunwyn Windham-Burke exclusively told Page Six that she is steering clear of any drama associated with “The Real Housewives of Orange County” after her former co-star Gina Kirschenheiter dissed her in a recent interview.

“I try not to respond to anything my former co-workers say about me unless it’s absolutely necessary — and so far it hasn’t been,” said the Bravo alum, 44, who is focused on maintaining her sobriety, advocating for others struggling with addiction and navigating her life as a proud gay woman.

“I am continuing to focus on LGBTQIA+ work and sobriety,” the reality star continued. “I am so excited to be getting involved in speaking about sobriety across America.”

Windham-Burke — who revealed her alcoholism on Season 15 of “RHOC” — is looking forward to sharing details of her ongoing recovery in an upcoming episode of “Addiction Talk,” airing Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET as an Instagram Live via the official page for American Addiction Centers.

“Tomorrow I will be partnering with American Addiction Centers to have some real conversations,” she added. “This is the direction I’m going — away from the drama and toward healing.”

Last week, Kirschenheiter, 37, told Page Six that Windham-Burke “sucks” for the way she allegedly ended her friendship with “RHOC” newbie Noella Bergener.

“As soon as Braunwyn found out that she was no longer a part of this [show] and Noella was, Braunwyn just threw her out,” Kirschenheiter claimed, acknowledging Windham-Burke’s exit from the reality series in 2021 after two seasons.

Meanwhile, an insider told us that there is “way more to the story” as to why the women fell out.

Not that Windham-Burke is interested in rehashing what led to their demise. Instead, she feels fulfilled exploring a new relationship with girlfriend Victoria Brito, while caring for her seven children with husband Sean Burke.

Brito is based in New York City, where Windham-Burke got a place of her own this year. She now splits her time between Southern California, where her family lives, and the Big Apple.

Since coming out in December 2020, Windham-Burke has remained married to Burke to maintain stability at home. The spouses share Bella, 21, Rowan, 18, Jacob, 16, twins Curran and Caden, 8, Koa, 6, and Hazel, 3.

“When I’m here [NYC], [Sean is] the primary parent, but when I go home, I am, and he can go do whatever he wants,” Windham-Burke previously told Page Six of her brood’s unique dynamic.

“We don’t want to separate the family.”

Earlier this month, Windham-Burke gushed over the fact that Burke and Brito get along swimmingly.

“I really like spending time with her. A bonus is that she gets along with Sean,” she told us. “They went to an NFT event together in New York City and share common interests … I like her.”
