“Weird Al” Yankovic has announced a gargantuan North American tour. The Unfortunate Return of the Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour kicks off April 26, 2022 in Poughkeepsie, New York, and will run for six months, with a total of 133 shows. The trek will culminate on October 29 at New York City’s Carnegie Hall, marking Yankovic’s first appearance at the iconic venue. Find Yankovic’s whopping schedule here.

“Weird Al” Yankovic last set out on tour in 2019 for his Strings Attached trek, which he dubbed his “most full-blown, over-the-top extravaganza ever.” Yankovic’s upcoming tour is a sequel to his 2018 Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour. His 2022 trek will feature a different setlist each night. Comedian Emo Philips—Yankovic’s longtime friend—will open each show.

“I’ve loved doing every single incarnation of my live show, but honestly the ‘Vanity’ tour is the most fun I’ve ever had on stage,” Yankovic said in press materials. “So I’ve been dying to get back out there and torture everybody with it once again!”

Yankovic’s last studio album Mandatory Fun arrived in 2014. In 2017, he issued Squeeze Box: The Complete Works of “Weird Al” Yankovic, a comprehensive, 15-disc set.
