Will Clint Eastwood’s ‘secret’ grandson find love with ‘Bachelorette’ Michelle Young?

Reality TV

Ring the alarms, Bachelor Nation! Season 18 of “The Bachelorette” dropped jaws, centered on America’s newest sweetheart: Michelle Young.

While the first episode had plenty of laughs, moments of intrigue and, of course, a whole slew of men to feast your eyes upon, it is clear right off the bat that there’s only one queen in town — and she will show them no mercy. The best part about Michelle is that she confidently functions as judge and jury, acting swiftly to cut through the games and go straight to the heart.

There were several suitors who made fans scratch their heads. Ryan, bro — the tractor, and then being called out for trash intentions? Get outta here! And Rodney in the apple costume and not knowing anything about apples? Huh? And what about that whole bizarre main course setup with Rick? Creepy, not cute.

But there were also several other options that fans are sure to watch. With Clayton already confirmed as the next “Bachelor,” it’s a solid bet that he’s probably safe for a bit, unless he’s dethroned by “first impression rose” Nayte, ghosting Joe from Minnesota or — drum roll, please — Clint Eastwood’s “secret” grandson, LT Murray IV!

First off, LT clearly has the guts to forego wearing pants and arrive in tuxedo underwear. What a statement! I certainly haven’t had a man roll up in tuxedo underwear to court me — yet.

But let’s back this train up a second. Eastwood, 91, has a “secret” grandson?! According to a touching 2018 Daily Mail story, his “secret” daughter was put up for adoption without his knowledge — and she tracked him down 30 years later. LT himself even went on the record saying that, after they all reunited, Eastwood stepped in to be a great father to his mother and a fantastic role model to their family. (Shucks, what a good guy!) So, it’s true. And if you lurk on LT’s Instagram, the impact Eastwood had on him seems especially deep.

But beyond all that, let’s consult the stars and find out if LT and Michelle could be a match — because that’s what I’m good at.

First up: Michelle Young’s birth chart

Michelle Young, 28, is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is she a former Division 1 basketball player, but she’s also the third woman of color to lead ABC’s hit dating reality series. Yet, as a schoolteacher from Edina, Minn., she knows how to be true to her Midwestern roots and honor authenticity and hard work.

Michelle is motivated and wants to make an impact — something we can clearly see from her birth chart.

Michelle Young was born on June 3, 1993. She has a free-spirited Gemini Sun with a passionate Sagittarius Moon. Her natal Venus — symbolizing her romantic affection — is in fiery Aries, while her natal Mars — connected to her sex drive and motivation — is in larger-than-life Leo! Michelle craves adventure and spontaneity but knows how to get what she wants through clear, direct communication. Michelle wants to live life as boldly as possible, and one of the biggest things we can see from her birth chart is that she can’t be caged.

She will always be an eternal sojourner, ready to see what else there is out there if ever she feels stifled. This shows that all of the suitors have to honor her voice and her energy without trying to subdue her — otherwise, she will have zero problems giving them the boot.

So after scrolling through LT’s Instagram for literally an hour — unable to uncover even a single hint of his full birth date (and I’m a sleuth) — I just decided to cut to the chase in his DMs and be like: “Bro, what’s your birth deets? Stop holding out on me.”

And our tux-undies-wearing, self-proclaimed “yoga bae” was happy to give us the exclusive: LT was born on Oct. 13, 1982, confirming him as the eldest suitor ever on the show — and, to be honest, that’s quite an accomplishment in an era that favors youth.

LT, 39, has a charismatic Libra Sun with a grounded Virgo Moon. On consulting his birth chart, I see that he predominantly is composed of fire and air energy — invigorating him to embrace change, re-create himself when needed and mirror other people’s energies. He also has his natal Venus — the planet of affection — in Libra, too. This shows that, above and beyond, LT is a romantic.

Libra is the zodiac sign that loves to be in relationships most of all — and can follow the lead of their partner like a sacred dance. Libras are master communicators and negotiators, so they know how to strike a balance when needed.

Oh, and his natal Mars — ruling his sex drive — is in Sagittarius. That mean’s our homeboy LT has a voracious sexual appetite and needs chemistry with his woman like it’s a drug.

But will there be sparks?

And here’s the moment of truth: Does he have it in him to win Michelle’s heart?

When comparing their two natal charts, my honest assessment is: hell yes! Regardless of whether or not he wins, he is here to step into the spotlight and show off his radiance. The two of them have some amazing interactions between their charts that show both value tenderness and passion — something that is crucial when you’re trying to get close to someone new.

My biggest worry for them, though, is that it appears that their communication styles could be very off the mark, and once there’s a break in trust — even as simple as Michelle suspecting something isn’t what it seems — power struggles could happen. That would ultimately lead to distance between them and some deep resentment.

While I think that their initial chemistry could surpass the hurdles, the key to LT winning Michelle’s heart depends on how well he can mirror and charm her — while also staying true to himself.

So buckle up, Bachelor Nation: Let’s see where their dance leads us next.

“The Bachelorette” airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. (Eastern) on ABC.
