Braunwyn Windham-Burke Already Wants To Make Cameo Appearance On Real Housewives; Dishes On Friend Replacing Her On Real Housewives Of Orange County

Reality TV

It’s clear from Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s few seasons on the Real Housewives of Orange County that she lived for being on camera. She got herself caught up in a web of lies and phoniness that definitely didn’t resonate with viewers. She shrugged off a lot of bad behavior including hitting her husband Sean Burke or offering drugs to Shannon Beador’s teenage daughter. And she uprooted her life as she knew it, as well as put her marriage in a rocky spot, all for Bravo just to not ask her back for Season 16. And to no surprise, she’s not taking it well.

Boringwyn got the boot alongside Kelly Fraud Dodd and Elizabeth Lyn Vargas. Shannon, Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson got to stay. And, in the most exciting news, Heather Dubrow is coming back. Pop the champs! There has also been a rumor going around that Braunwyn’s friend Noella Bergener, who briefly appeared on the show with her, could be hired on RHOC as Brauny’s replacement. Miss Paparazzi on Speed Dial isn’t going to like that.

Braunwyn recently spoke to Entertainment Tonight about her firing and future outside of reality TV. And she mentioned the rumors about Noella joining the cast, referring to her as one of her “very close” friends. “I’m not going to say who’s on next year, but I will say I’m very close to one of the people, and she was one of the first phone calls I made,” Braunwyn said. “And I said the truth. ‘I am so happy for you. You are such a beautiful soul. I’m so happy that the rest of the world is going to get to meet you. You deserve all the beautiful things, but this is really hard for me.’ And that’s the truth. I can be happy for my friend and sad for myself.” Typical Braunwyn to always turn the spotlight back on her.

Apparently while she’s been working through all of the news, her old pal Tamra Judge has been a shoulder to cry on. She knows a thing or two about being “let go” from Bravo. “I called Tamra, Tamra and I are close,” she said. “And I’m like, ‘This hurts, you know? Like I’m happy for her, but I’m so sad for myself. So I don’t know. I think it’ll go in waves, too. When she’s filming and I’m not, that’s going to be hard. When she’s at Bravocon and I’m at home, it’s going to be devastating. So I am trying to work on that out on my own right now, and not be jealous or petty, because I don’t want that. But it’s been 48 hours.” Like I said, Braunwyn’s really not taking the news well that her convoluted life wasn’t enough to make people want to watch her on TV.

In the most frightening news, she also added that she would “absolutely” return to the show in some capacity if asked, even a cameo during Season 16. Let’s all just take a moment to manifest that this DOESN’T EVER HAPPEN. Like, us viewers are over the Braunwyn story. We’ve seen enough. “I would love to bring a date,” Brauny said, already dreaming up a potential cameo. “I would love to normalize seeing two women together in a conservative town. I mean, I think representation matters and I absolutely would do that in a heartbeat.” Taking a moment to send my thoughts to Sean, who has to deal with the Braunwyn madness on a day-to-day basis.

She continued to say she loves the crew who she will “miss the most” from the show. And she wants to “support [her] friend in any way [she] can.” “And three, if I could go out there as an out, gay woman — which I never got to film as — that would be beautiful.” Like good for you for living your truth, but Braunwyn needs to try it without the cameras around for a change. I wonder what Kelly has to say about Braunwyn already eyeing a comeback since she blames her for ruining RHOC in the first place. I sense a rage text incoming.
