The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is coming back next year for its first edition since 2019. The festival will run on the weekends of April 15-17 and 22-24 next year. Find the announcement below.
Earlier this year, Coachella 2021 was canceled by the public health officer in Riverside County, California, after being rescheduled for April 9-11 and 16-18, 2021. The cancelation due to the resurgence of COVID-19—worldwide and within Riverside County.
In March of last year, Coachella 2020 was postponed from its original dates in April to October 2020 due to concerns about the coronavirus. That June, it was canceled outright for the first time in 20 years.
Coachella 2020 was originally slated to feature Frank Ocean, Rage Against the Machine, and Travis Scott as headliners, with a full lineup including Lana Del Rey, Lil Uzi Vert, Thom Yorke, Run the Jewels, Danny Elfman, FKA twigs, DaBaby, 21 Savage, Caribou, Lil Nas X, and more.
