They wouldn’t be “Real Housewives” if their mansions weren’t extravagant — but some reality stars’ opulent homes are a tier above the rest.
The franchise’s biggest stars come home to luxe mansions and homes around the country. The most expensive among them belong to the Beverly Hills brand of “Real Housewives,” with two New Yorkers and one of the “Real Housewives of Orange County” also making the list.
A few headliners who didn’t quite make the cut for the top 10 list include “Real Housewives of Potomac” Monique Samuels’ $4.75 million house outside Washington, DC, “Real Housewives of Dallas” stars Stephanie Hollman and Kameron Westcott, who have $5 million and $5.1 million homes respectively, and “Real Housewives of New York” star Luann de Lesseps, who is renting out her $6.26 million house in Sag Harbor, New York.
And housewives are still making big money moves: “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice just bought a $3.35 million-dollar home with her new beau, and “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson recently sold her Coto de Caza, California home featured on 14 seasons of the show.

10. Ramona Singer, “RHONY”
Hamptons | $6.43M
This 64-year-old “Real Housewives of New York” star is a real estate broker with Douglas Elliman, The Post previously reported — but the star also has her own pricey home in the Hamptons.
She bought the six-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home for less than $1 million in 1995, and today it is assessed at $6.43 million. It is available to rent for $250,000 a month, according to Realtor.com.
The six-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home spans 7,000 square feet of grey hardwood flooring, brushed nickel hardware and french doors.
The two-story great room and piano room has a curved staircase leading to a second-floor balcony. The gated estate sits oceanside and has a pool and staff quarters.
She has one daughter, Avery Singer, 34, with her ex-husband Mario Singer.
9. Teddi Mellencamp, “RHOBH”
Encino, Calif. | $6.49 M
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Teddi Mellencamp, 39, purchased the $6.49 million Encino farmhouse in September 2020. The newly constructed estate has seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms, according to Realtor.com.
With white oak flooring, a wraparound terrace and a four-hole golf course, the house spans 8,200 square feet. The 0.42-acre lot has a waterfall pool, a cabana, an outdoor kitchen and a basketball court.
Meanwhile, she is selling her $6 million Hollywood Hills house with the husband and daughter of Mellencamp’s co-star Kyle Richards — Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie.
Mellencamp just announced that she is returning to the show. She appeared to have lost her place as a “real housewife” on the Bravo show last year due to controversy surrounding her “All In” health and fitness program.
She and her husband Edwin Arroyave have three children: Dove, (age 1) Cruz (6) and Slate (7).
8. Camille Grammer, “RHOBH”
Malibu, Calif | $6.55M
This 52-year-old former “RHOBH” star tragically lost her Malibu home in the Woolsey fires of 2018 and had to rebuild with her husband David Meyer. She told Page Six the process was “a nightmare” — but the result of their work is a lush paradise.
The seven-bedroom, 13-bathroom home spans almost 14,000 square feet. It boasts a wine cellar, a wood-paneled library, expansive ocean and mountain views and a ballroom with an elaborate crystal chandelier.
The five-acre lot has six horse stalls, a riding ring, two outdoor spas, a tennis court, a barbecue area with a fireplace, an organic vegetable garden, a fruit orchard, rose gardens and “Monet-inspired lily ponds,” according to the listing.
Grammer lost her place on the show in 2019 due in part to tension with cast members. She has two children with her ex-husband, “Frasier” star Kelsey Grammer, from whom she has a $30 million divorce settlement. Their children are Mason Olivia Grammer, 19, and Jude Gordon Grammer, 16.
7. Sutton Stracke, “RHOBH”
Bel Air, Calif. | $7.9M
This 50-year-old “RHOBH” star is currently renting from co-star Kyle Richards while her Bel Air mansion, last assessed at $7.88 million, undergoes renovations.
Stracke purchased her Bel Air mansion for $7.7 million in October 2020 but is waiting it out in Richards’ $3 million Bel Air guest home.
“The only thing that we talk about is, she laughs at me for thinking, like, I’m Pollyanna,” said Stracke. “I’m like, ‘My house is going to be ready tomorrow!’ And she’s like, ‘Sutton, your house is going to be ready in 2025!’”
It is unknown what renovations Stracke is making — they haven’t yet shown up on LA permit records — but Stracke’s six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home currently spans 6,600 square feet on an acre lot near the Hotel Bel-Air. It was built in 1936 with a grand curved staircase and crown molding. It has been updated with a theater, an office and an infinity pool, according to Realtor.com.
Stracke was demoted from a “diamond” main character to a side character in the series when her ex-husband Christian Stracke prohibited filming of their three children, Porter (17), Philip (15) and James (12), Page Six previously reported.
6. Kyle Richards, “RHOBH”
Encino, Calif. | $8.25M
This 52-year-old “RHOBH” star is married to prolific real estate broker-to-the-stars Mauricio Umansky — he even helped Mellencamp find her Encino home.
She and Umansky bought their seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom Encino mansion for $8.25 million in 2017. No photos are available, but the colonial house spans 10,600 square feet on a 1.5-acre lot. It was built in 1912.
As for her former Bel Air home, which has plenty of pictures, the previous housewife on our list, Sutton Stracke, is living in it while her house undergoes renovations, The Post previously reported.
The $3 million guest house has seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and spans 6,200-square-feet on a half-acre lot. Amenities include a theater, an office, a pool, a tennis court and a putting green, according to Realtor.com.
Kyle has four children, Portia Umansky (13), Sophia Umansky (21), Alexia Umansky (24) and Farrah Aldjufrie (32), a broker who helped Teddi Mellencamp sell her Hollywood Hills home.
5. Dorit Kemsley, “RHOBH”
Encino, Calif. | $9.5M
Dorit Kemsley and her husband Paul Kemsley (better known as PK) are trying to unload two massive houses. They have moved past legal troubles and are looking for a bigger space so they can “run their businesses from home,” Page Six previously reported.
They currently live in an 8,900-square-foot Encino home but have put it up for rent, asking $75,000 a month, after failing to find a buyer in eight months on and off the market asking between $9.5 million and $8 million. They purchased the six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bedroom abode for $6.5 million in August 2019, Realtor.com records show.
They also have an 8,700-square-foot Beverly Hills home which they bought for $6.5 million in 2016 and first listed for $12.75 million in 2017. The asking price was last listed at a hair under $7 million, according to Realtor.com. Business partner Sam Nazarian appears to co-own the house with them under an LLC, the Real Deal reported.
The 44-year-old “RHOBH” star has two children with husband Paul Kemsley, Phoenix (5) and Jagger (7).
4. Sonja Morgan, “RHONY”
New York City, NY | $10.75M
This 57-year-old “RHONY” star is one of only two in the “New York” branch who made the list.
Her five-bedroom, five-bathroom Upper East Side townhouse spans 4,650 square feet across five floors. The home, built in 1899, has a courtyard with a fountain fish pond, an upper outdoor terrace and a Murano glass chandelier.
She purchased the house for $2.6 million in 1998 and has listed it several times since 2013, asking between $7.2 million and $10.75 million. The property is also available for rent, according to Realtor.com.
Morgan, who surprised herself with success on OnlyFans, is also a fashion designer. She has a daughter, 20-year-old Quincy Morgan, with her ex-husband John Adams Morgan.
3. Lisa Vanderpump, “RHOBH”
Beverly Hills | $11.6M
Lisa Vanderpump, 60, purchased this 8,800-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion in 2011 for $10.2 million. It was most recently assessed at $11.6 million, according to LA property records.
The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home has oversized steel windows giving vast canyon views. It has a two-story library, a media room, a large pool and a guest house, according to Realtor.com.
Vanderpump is one of the only housewives to get her own show, “Vanderpump Rules,” which is on its ninth season — and she recently signed a deal for a new show, “Overserved with Lisa Vanderpump.”
She was on the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” until 2019 and recently said she would return if she could get rid of the cast, minus Kathy Hilton.
Lisa Vanderpump has two children, Pandora Todd (35) and Max Todd (29), with her husband Ken Todd.
2. Erika Jayne, “RHOBH”
Pasadena, Calif. | $13M
This 49-year-old “RHOBH” star moved out of her ex Tom Girardi’s mansion months before it was placed up for sale in involuntary bankruptcy proceedings, The Post previously reported.
Girardi, who has been diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia, purchased the house for $1.3 million in 1980. It was listed on May 5 for $13 million.
Jayne now lives in a $1.5 million home while Girardi temporarily stays in the house while it is on the market, The Post previously reported.
The home Jayne leaves behind is a 10,200-square-foot mansion with four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms.
Despite claims of fraud, Jayne is still appearing on the show. She has a son, 26-year-old Tommy Zizzo, from a previous marriage.
1. Heather Dubrow, “RHOC”
Newport Beach, Calif. | $21M
Heather Dubrow, 52, custom-designed this 20,000-square-foot dream house herself after purchasing the lot for $4.2 million in 2013. It was last assessed at $14.5 million in 2020, but Bravo suggests the house is worth closer to $21 million.
The house has seven bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms, a $1 million theater and a $12,000 wine display and cooler.
Some of the craziest features? A 10-layer chandelier hangs in the 28-foot-tall foyer, a huge window is etched with a tree and the lit onyx bar has two beer taps. The house even has an interior courtyard with a tree lifted in by crane, according to Bravo.
The 0.75-acre estate has a freestanding barbecue cabana and a spa that flows into the swimming pool via a waterfall. The house has a porte cochère, a covered second-floor deck and multiple balconies, according to permit records at BuildZoom.com.
She even has a dumbwaiter that brings groceries from the sunken garage to the kitchen, Page Six previously reported.
She appeared on the “Real Housewives of Orange County” for five seasons but left in 2017, saying “I have decided to go in another direction and do what’s best for my family and career.”
Dubrow and her husband, plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow, have four children — 17-year-old twins Nicholas and Maximilla, 13-year-old Katarina and 9-year-old Collette.
