Days after teasing and subsequently announcing her highly-anticipated sophomore album Happier Than Ever, Billie Eilish has shared a new single from the record. It’s called “Your Power” and it arrives with a self-directed music video. The visual is set in California’s Simi Valley and features an anaconda. Check it out below.
In a statement, Eilish called the single “one of [her] favorite songs [she’s] ever written.” She added, “I feel very vulnerable putting this one out because I hold it so close to my heart. This is about many different situations that we’ve all either witnessed or experienced. I hope this can inspire change. Try not to abuse your power.”
Eilish released her studio debut WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? in March 2019. The new 16-track album will include Eilish’s more recent singles “my future” and “Therefore I Am.” Happier Than Ever was written by Eilish and her brother FINNEAS, who also produced the LP.
